Analytical Ultracentrifuge Rotors

Analytical ultracentrifuge (AUC) rotors are unique in that they must allow the passage of light through the spinning sample. The optical systems in the AUC (UV-Vis absorbance and Rayleigh interference) observe the solution behavior of molecules as they undergo sedimentation.

Analytical ultracentrifuge rotors are only for use in the Optima AUC or ProteomeLab XL-A/I.
