DURAClone IF Basophil Activation
Basophils play a key role in immediate hypersensitivity, often referred to as allergy. Upon specific recognition of allergens by surface IgE, basophils release potent mediators, accompanied by mechanistically distinct surface expression of activation markers CD63 and CD203c. The DURAClone IF Basophil Activation panel assesses these antigens, indicating IgE-mediated activation. It utilizes dry reagent technology that confers workflow improvements.
- Panel of 5 markers in fluorochrome combinations that provide robust population identification, including CD3, CD45, CD63, CD203c and CD294
- Pre-formulated antibody panel in a unitized assay eliminating antibody cocktailing
- 25 tests per kit including 3 compensation kits with lot matched tandem dyes
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
