Identification of mononuclear cell subsets. The sample was prepared by staining peripheral blood in a DURAClone IM Phenotyping Basic (Part Number B53309) following the protocol in the Instructions For Use (IFU) and acquired on a CytoFLEX LX N-V-B-Y-R-I Series Flow Cytometer. Data was analyzed using Kaluza Analysis software. An exemplary gating strategy is shown.
