Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a crucial role in the induction and maintenance of immunological tolerance. The DURAClone IM Treg panel enables identification and characterization of FoxP3+ regulatory T cells using a fast permeabilization protocol. It utilizes dry reagent technology that confers workflow improvements.
