This depends on your application. For lymphocyte subset analysis, you typically get the first sample result in approx. 20 min of loading (measured with Tetra-1 or Tetra-2+), and subsequent sample results at a rate of approx. 25 samples per hour for up to a full 96-well plate for each test of Tetra Combo.
