What is the PROService installation process?

For some instruments, a Beckman Coulter field service engineer will configure and install the Remote Application Processor (RAP) box to enroll your instrument(s) in PROService. For others, customers may self-install and configure the RAP box or enroll additional instruments in PROService. Once remote connectivity is established, instrument console software allows the instrument to be enrolled in the PROService system.
