ANATEL PAT700 TOC Analyzer
ANATEL PAT700 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzers are specifically designed to help demonstrate compliance to the pharmacopeial requirements for TOC and conductivity for Purified Water and Water For Injection.
- TOC, Uncompensated Conductivity and Temperature from just one analyzer – can be fully calibrated and validated to USP<643> and USP<645>
- Low cost of ownership – 12-month service and calibration intervals
- Root-cause analysis support – water sample automatically taken if there is a TOC excursion
- All SOPs are pre-loaded into the PAT700, leading users step-by-step with on-screen pictures and prompts

ANATEL PAT700 TOC Analyzer Features
Low cost of ownership
- No periodic changes of peristaltic pump tubing and heads
- Organic matter fully oxidized by a powerful UV lamp
- 12-month service interval to minimize costs and maximize uptime
Efficiency
- Single analyzer for TOC, uncompensated and compensated conductivity and temperature measurement
- Dual UV lamp system with UV detect for automatic switch to standby lamp if low UV output is detected
- Dedicated Clean-in-Place mode for seamless CIP process integration (Single Stream PAT700 only)
- Onboard Automated Standards Introduction System (OASIS) for calibration, validation, system suitability tests, and sample analysis, with RFID technology for automatic data transfer (RFID not available in all territories)
Compliance
- Compliance with USP<643>, USP<645>, and EP 2.2.44 for TOC, conductivity and temperature validation
- Meets EP 2.2.44 requirements for Purified Water and Water for Injection by discriminating between organic and inorganic carbon and by ensuring complete oxidation of organic molecules
- Supports EU GMP Annex 1 Chapter 6.14 root cause analysis with an excursion mode for sample capture during TOC, conductivity, or specific alarms (requires RFID Technology)
- Supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with multi-user access from Active Directory groups, audit trail, and secured file export via FTP over Ethernet, with built-in electronic SOPs for calibration and system suitability
