Kaluza Reads FCS Compliant Files: FACSCelesta
Kaluza Analysis Software is a stand-alone program supporting data analysis of data acquired from all flow cytometers that adhere to the FCS standard, regardless of the manufacturer. In this example data generated from the BD FACSCelesta using FACDIVA software is shown. In this brief example, we'll demonstrate opening the file and compare the data scaling and visualization to the plots generated in the native environment.
