What information is being sent from my instruments? 

The data parameters transferred to Beckman Coulter servers will vary by instrument model.

Typically, the Remote Application Processor (RAP) box transfers data related to instrument performance including instrument status & events; instrument sub-system vital signs (temp, pressure, voltage); sub-system/module-specific parameters (analytical system components, motion controls, fluidics); calibration & quality control performance; analytical results needed for troubleshooting (with masked sample ID, available on select systems); system identifiers & stats (software version, instrument configuration, metering data); & instrument console detail will be visible to Beckman Coulter service & support staff.

NOTE: Each remote session requires customer (manual) authorization from the instrument console.
