There is gDNA contamination in the eluate of Apostle MiniMax™. How can I prevent that from happening?

Improper handling of blood can result in gDNA contamination. Delay in processing of blood collected in EDTA tubes will cause cell lysis and gDNA releasing into plasma. Incomplete removal of cellular components can also result in gDNA contamination. Frozen whole blood can cause significant cell breakage and gDNA contamination.
