Recall Alert and Customer Tracking (REACT) Program

The Regulatory Notification Portal allows you to view Field Action notifications (Recalls and Important Product Notices) affecting your site.

You can also sign up as a Regulatory Contact through the Regulatory Notification Portal to receive Field Action notifications via email.

Through the Regulatory Notification Portal, you can also acknowledge receipt of the notification – eliminating the need to manually fill out and fax in your response.

You need to create a login for the Beckman Coulter website, if you do not already have one. This is the same login you may have used for e-Store or for accessing IFUs and other information.

Please note, your account needs to be validated before you can access the Regulatory Notification Portal.

The Regulatory Notification Portal can only be accessed by validated accounts. Please complete the account validation before trying to access the Regulatory Notification Portal.

Log into the Regulatory Notifications Portal and designate in your profile whether you would like to receive notifications via email or postal mail.

Refer to the Navigating the My Regulatory Notifications tool download at the bottom of this page for additional details on how to update your Regulatory Contact profile.

There may be more than one regulatory contact registered for your site, and if someone else already responded via the portal, then you will not have any Open Notifications showing on your main page. It will display as an Acknowledged Notification.

The Regulatory Notifications portal works best with Google Chrome and Firefox. In addition, ensure your pop up blockers are disabled.

Contact Beckman Coulter to request a copy of the regulatory notifications that are needed for your site.

If the field action notifications are not downloaded, they will no longer be available for you to access and you will need to contact Beckman Coulter for support.
