AUC 的未来:再次释放潜力
现在,AUC 拥有将近百年年的历史,无疑赢得了经典技术的称号。
今天,AUC 的应用几乎遍及所有科学学科,包括:

虽然大多数 AUC 实验采用的是沉降速度(SV)或长柱沉降平衡(SE)法,但也开发了许多专项技术,包括:
- 分析区沉降
- 差异沉降
- 合成边界测量

AUC.2017 年年中 PubMed 检索显示,将近 4000 篇已发表的文章中提及 AUC。
也就是说,从 Théodor Svedberg 于 1923 年建造世界上第一台分析型超速离心机开始,年均发表论文 42 篇以上。
对于在随后 90 年里经历了高潮和低谷的分析技术来说,这已经表现不俗。
在接下来的 90 年里,AUC 将大放异彩。
