Managing Your Orders on beckman.com
Within the new My Account at beckman.com, you can manage the entire order process, get real-time updates, process re-orders and track payment and shipping status of your orders.
Track Recent Orders
Within the My Orders or My Account dashboards, you can see the current status of your order being processes, in transit and delivered to your shipping location. Follow these steps to view your current order status online:
1. Log into My Account on beckman.com.
2. Click through to your My Account dashboard from the header.
3. In your account dashboard, scroll to the My Orders to view the current status of your most recent orders.
4. Select the specific order by clicking on the order number to view additional details. Click the shipping status button to view shipping status and tracking details for your package(s).
View Past Order Details
With the new My Orders function, you can easily view invoices, re-order products, create shopping lists, schedule orders and so much more! Follow these steps to view your order history online:
1. Log into My Account on beckman.com.
2. Click on My Orders in the My Account dashboard.
3. Select the specific order by clicking on the order number to view the full details.
Accessing Order Invoices
Follow these steps to access invoices online:
1. Log into My Account on beckman.com.
2. Click on My Orders in the My Account dashboard.
3. Select the specific order by clicking on the order number to view the full details.
4. To open the invoice for that order, click on “View Invoice” to pull up the PDF. You can view, print or save your invoice.
